Overview At fino, we deliver premium Mediterranean groceries and essentials directly to your hotel in Mallorca. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the immediacy of our delivery service, please read our returns policy carefully.

Perishable & Food Items As most of our products are fresh, perishable, or temperature-sensitive, we are unable to accept returns on food and beverage items once delivered, except in cases where:

  • The item arrived damaged or in poor condition.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item was past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.

Non-Perishable Items Non-perishable items (e.g. packaged goods, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging, in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to offer a store credit or replacement as an alternative.

Jurisdiction This policy is governed by Spanish law. For EU consumers, statutory rights under applicable EU directives are not affected.
