1. About fino fino (finoshop.es) is an online store operated from Mallorca, Spain, offering premium Mediterranean grocery and essential delivery services to hotel guests. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility Our delivery service is available exclusively to guests staying at our partner hotels in Mallorca. Orders must include a valid hotel name and room number at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Delivery We aim to deliver within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Delivery is subject to availability and hotel access. fino is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. hotel access restrictions, force majeure).

5. Product Availability All products are subject to availability. In the event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund.

6. Intellectual Property All content on finoshop.es — including images, text, and branding — is the property of fino and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, fino's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rights.
